

Slow flow, seniors, Pre & Post Natal
These small classes are ideal for anyone needing specialised attention or exercises tailored to their individual needs.
Limited to eight clients, they offer a slow-paced, hands-on approach.
They are suitable for pre and postnatal clients and anyone aged 16 and above.
Staying fit during pregnancy is just as important as trying to get your Pre-baby fitness back.
With this in mind we have added on classes to our schedule to help our mums to be and our new mums stay in excellent shape.
These small group sessions are designed for any stage of Pre and Post Natal and limited spots are available.

Reformer PT - Intermediate Class
These classes are for clients who feel they have mastered the reformer exercises in the Beginner PT class and need more of a challenge physically than what a Beginner class can offer.
A higher intensity session, each class is designed knowing that the client has experience with the Reformer Bed, a moderate to high level of fitness and can move from exercise to exercise with little to no break in between to get the most out of the 50 minute class.




Stretch and Straps
Suitable for all levels, our stretch and straps classes will re-align both body and mind. The ideal class to reset your body and will leave you feeling taller, relaxed and clearer of mind.
Reformer PT - Beginner Class
Designed for clients looking to increase their fitness levels and strength.
With a strong focus on technique in these classes, clients are able to learn the exercises and how to use the Reformer properly whilst building their core strength, mind and body coordination and good muscle control.
