Sole Studios offer Reformer Pilates Classes suitable for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness, flexibility, coordination and more importantly develop their core strength.
We run group fitness classes using Pilates Reformer Beds and by fusing together the Joseph Pilates Method along with knowledge from our own Personal Trainers, you are guaranteed a challenging and fun workout.
Our professionally trained Pilates Instructors will guide you through an endless array of exercises to make you sweat, get your heart pumping and activate muscles you never knew you had.

Please be aware we have quite a few changes, many temporary and the schedule will be slightly different. We will be altering the schedule where necessary, adding or subtracting classes based on demand so you wont be able to book more than a week at a time and our new temporary passes also reflect these interim changes. We have strict policies for attending the studio so please take the time to familiarise yourself with them prior to your first session.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES OF UP TO 12 PEOPLE
REFORMER PT - BEGINNER CLASS
Designed for clients looking to increase their fitness levels and strength. With a strong focus on technique in these classes, clients are able to learn the exercises and how to use the Reformer properly whilst building their core strength, mind and body coordination and good muscle control.
REFORMER PT - INTERMEDIATE CLASS
These classes are for clients who feel they have mastered the reformer exercises in the Beginner PT class and need more of a challenge physically than what a Beginner class can offer. A higher intensity session, each class is designed knowing that the client has experience with the Reformer Bed, a moderate to high level of fitness and can move from exercise to exercise with little to no break in between to get the most out of the 50 minute class.
Suitable for all levels, these classes are of a traditional/classical Pilates nature. The exercises are designed to lengthen muscles and increase core strength, quite often moving at a slower pace than the PT Reformer sessions and involving more stretching
OVER 50's, SLOW FLOW (PRE/POST NATAL SESSIONS)
These classes are suitable for anyone who is not capable of attending a standard group session and may require more specialised attention and more specific exercises to suit their needs Limited to only 6 clients means you will get a nice slow paced, hands on class that is even suitable for pre and post natal clients and clients of all ages above 16. Staying fit during pregnancy is just as important as trying to get your Pre-baby fitness back. With this in mind we have added on classes to our schedule to help our mums to be and our new mums stay in excellent shape. These small group sessions are designed for any stage of Pre and Post Natal and limited spots are available.

Our goal is to offer challenging classes that suit the fitness experiences of everyone. If you suffer from any existing injury however please consult your physician prior to undertaking one of our group fitness classes. At this stage we do not offer Clinical Pilates Sessions.
